1. Acceptance
By downloading, installing, or using PEAK (“the App”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App. The App is provided by Brian Goodman (“we,” “us,” “our”). Contact: [SUPPORT_EMAIL].
2. Service
PEAK is a self-improvement and habit app (goals, tasks, streaks, coach, rewards). We reserve the right to change or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
3. Account
You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.
4. Acceptable use
You may not: misuse the App, break any law, harass others, reverse-engineer the App, or use it for any purpose other than personal, non-commercial self-improvement. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.
5. Payments and subscriptions
- Offers: We may offer free and paid (Pro) features. Paid access is via in-app subscription (and/or one-time purchase) through Apple or Google.
- Billing: Billing is handled by Apple or Google. You agree to their payment terms. Prices are in the App and may change with notice.
- No refunds: All purchases and subscriptions are final. We do not offer refunds, except where required by law (e.g. certain jurisdictions).
- Cancel anytime: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device settings (Apple or Google). Cancellation stops future charges; you keep access until the end of the current period.
- Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. We will notify you of price changes before they apply.
6. Disclaimer
The app is for personal, informational use only. It is not medical, legal, financial, or therapeutic advice. Use the app at your own risk. We do not guarantee any particular result.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we (and our affiliates) are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profit, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim arising from the app shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations; in such cases our liability is limited to the maximum permitted by law.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for breach of these Terms or for any other reason. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive (e.g. liability, dispute resolution) will survive termination.
9. Governing law
